Mission

Welcome to God's Closet Too, where the community meets compassion through thrift.

As a non-profit thrift store, we are on a mission to positively impact our community by providing affordable goods. We fill our shelves with quality, gently used items, and every sale supports our commitment to giving back.

Join us in creating a community bound by generosity and care, where every action, big or small, contributes to making a difference. Together, let's weave the threads of compassion and support to build a stronger, more connected community. God's Closet Too welcomes you with open arms.

Our staff is 100% volunteer.

About Us

I, Thomasena Seifert, have put my blood sweat and tears into God's Closet Too. I had a childhood passion for garage sales that eventually turned into a dream of owning a thrift store in my hometown of Salkum. In May 2020, that dream became a reality. I had the oppertunity to take a former church thrift store and transform it into a nonprofit, so I did.

Despite facing challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and break-ins, the community came together to support God's Closet Too and keep its doors open. With the help of a team of volunteers, we have ensured the success of the store. As a non-profit, we rely on donations from the community and the support of local volunteers as there are no paid workers.

Our main goal at God's Closet Too is to support the community in various ways. We sponsor local kids in sports and activities, have donated to the Onalaska Animal Sanctuary and help with fundrasing for various community events. During winter, we provide blankets to the White Pass Collation for senior citizens. Our focus is solely on helping people, not on making a profit.
